Diodes, TVS & ESD protection
Keep the exact protection device in view. We review diode and protection-component requirements against the approved ordering code, package and application acceptance criteria.

Start with your approved part numbers
A replacement protection device needs more than a familiar voltage number. Array configuration, package and the manufacturer’s specified operating and protection characteristics must match the engineering requirement.
An end-of-life notice for one ordering code does not mean an entire family is unavailable. Equally, a part page or a market listing is not proof of current stock. We review the requested device and available lot individually.
Ordering details that matter
Keep device identity and offered-lot details separate.
The most useful RFQ starts with an approved full manufacturer part number, then adds your commercial and acceptance requirements. Use the checks below to make those requirements clear.
| Check | Why it matters | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Complete ordering identity | Numbers within a part name should not be read as ratings without documentation. | Copy the manufacturer code and reference its exact datasheet. |
| Protection configuration | Array layout and pin connections affect how the device protects a circuit. | Identify the approved configuration and package. |
| Application acceptance | Surge and ESD performance depend on defined conditions. | Provide your engineering-approved limits and any required verification method. |
| Carrier and lot policy | A reel suffix does not confirm the quantity or date code of an offered lot. | State reel, partial-quantity and date-code acceptance separately. |
Lot evidence and inspection
Define what needs to be verified before the order.
Visual inspection can document package appearance and markings. It cannot certify all surge, clamping or ESD performance. Those requirements need a laboratory method with agreed conditions and acceptance criteria.
We can coordinate the inspection request and share available lot evidence. Your engineering team remains responsible for approving a protection device for the application.

Find the right product information
Browse related procurement guidance or send an unlisted requirement.
Use these related pages to narrow the device identity and the evidence needed for your order. If your exact part is not listed, send the complete MPN and quantity. We review available stock and additional supply options against your requirements.
Pricing, lot details and delivery are confirmed in the quotation. For multiple parts, send your BOM with one ordering code per line.
Before you enquire
Can I choose a substitute by voltage and package?
Not safely from those two attributes alone. Use the exact datasheets and have your engineering team approve the device configuration and protection characteristics.
Does an EOL notice mean there is no stock?
No. Manufacturer lifecycle status and the availability of a particular existing lot are separate questions. We review both without treating a notice as a blanket shortage claim.
Bring us your exact requirement.
Full part number. Quantity. Required date.
We will review the supply options and the evidence your order needs.
