Independent electronic component distributionChina supply. International business.

Inventory, relationships and traceability.

Our own inventory and established supply-chain relationships support our distribution business. Review the source, lot records and available documentation for the material proposed in your quotation.

Understand the source behind the offer.

China is the sourcing market. Country of manufacture is a separate fact that must be established for the proposed lot.

01

Unused factory surplus

Excess inventory from large manufacturers and factories. Surplus explains why material is available; condition and supporting records still need review.

02

Distribution channels

Material sourced through established distribution relationships in China. The upstream channel and available documents are assessed for the lot.

03

Confirmed owned stock

ICstoq-owned material where ownership and availability are confirmed. Owned stock follows the same agreed inspection and release process.

What to review
with the quotation.

Ask for the details your approval process needs before placing the order. Available records and any gaps should be considered together.

Agree inspection requirements

  • Exact manufacturer, orderable MPN and quantity.
  • Source category and available upstream documentation.
  • Date codes, lot markings, labels and packaging condition.
  • Country-of-origin evidence, where required and available.
  • Inspection plan, report-to-lot linkage and acceptance criteria.
  • Any disclosed gap affecting your purchasing approval.

Different records answer different questions.

Assess source documentation and inspection findings separately. One should not be used to imply evidence that the other does not provide.

RECORD WHAT TO REVIEW
Packaging and labels Markings, packing format, date codes and observable condition. Labels alone do not establish a complete chain of custody.
Source documents The parties, quantities and lots covered, plus the extent of the documented supply chain. Identify any missing links.
Inspection report The samples, methods, findings and observations covered. Test results do not create missing source records.
Origin documentation The applicable goods and the stated manufacturing origin. A China sourcing route does not establish Chinese manufacturing origin.
Material recordsICstoq / FIELD NOTES

Labelled component boxes inside a master carton; supplied photograph.

Master-carton packaging from supplied material records. This is a documentation example, not proof of current stock.

Packaging is part
of the evidence.

Outer packing, device labels and component markings help connect a physical lot to the information being reviewed.

We use actual material photographs to make that review concrete. An example image on this site is not a live inventory declaration or a report for your proposed lot.

A few useful answers.

Are you an authorised distributor for the manufacturers listed?
ICstoq is an independent distributor. A manufacturer reference or upstream source does not establish an authorised relationship for ICstoq.
Is manufacturing surplus the same as used material?
Surplus describes why material is available. The proposed condition, packaging and supporting lot records must still be reviewed.
Does an inspection report establish full manufacturer traceability?
No. Inspection records findings for identified samples and methods. Source records and gaps are assessed separately.
Can you provide country-of-origin documentation?
State the evidence your purchase requires. Availability and applicability of origin documents are reviewed for the proposed lot.
Is all stock shown on the website owned by ICstoq?
A part page does not imply owned stock. Any confirmed supply listing should identify whether the lot is owned or held by a supplier.
