This notice explains how ICstoq handles the information you share when making an enquiry. Review the sections below before submitting confidential material.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your reply email and the requirement or BOM you choose to submit. Optional fields include company, quantity, timing, destination and notes. Please share only information needed to review the enquiry. Contact us through the form before sending material that requires an NDA or other agreed confidentiality terms.
How enquiry information is used
ICSTOQ uses enquiry details to review sourcing options, clarify requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about potential orders. Submission does not reserve stock, create an order or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Access, storage and necessary sharing
Enquiries are stored in the website administration system. BOM files are stored outside the public website directory and require administrator access to download. They are not published as catalogue content. Enquiry notifications are sent through the configured email service. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Relevant technical requirements may be shared with sourcing channels, laboratories or delivery providers where needed to review or fulfil the enquiry; unrelated customer information should not be included.
Technical and security information
The website and its form service may record IP address, browser information, referring page and approximate location for service operation, spam prevention and enquiry context. Server and email-service logs may also record delivery and security events. Administrator login cookies support authenticated website administration. Do not include personal or confidential information in page URLs.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are retained while needed for the sourcing discussion, related commercial records and applicable obligations. You can request correction or deletion through the enquiry form. The response depends on the relevant records and any ongoing obligations. Deleting a record from the website does not necessarily remove copies already held in email, backups or a completed commercial record.
Questions about your information
Use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the requirement field. Include enough context to identify the enquiry without resending a sensitive BOM. ICSTOQ may ask for information needed to verify and fulfil the request.
External websites and updates
Laboratory and other external links lead to independently operated websites with their own practices. This notice may be updated when site features or information handling change. Last reviewed: 13 October 2026.
