Memory
Memory supply for an exact design requirement. We review DRAM and Flash component enquiries through our own inventory and established China supply relationships.

Start with your approved part numbers
Memory identification goes beyond a capacity figure. The technology, organization, speed option, package and full ordering suffix must match your approved design.
This section concerns semiconductor memory components. Memory modules, SSDs and assembled storage products require a separate fit and supply review; their availability is not implied by a chip-level memory enquiry. Embedded memory inside an MCU remains part of the MCU requirement.
Ordering details that matter
Keep device identity and offered-lot details separate.
The most useful RFQ starts with an approved full manufacturer part number, then adds your commercial and acceptance requirements. Use the checks below to make those requirements clear.
| Check | Why it matters | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Technology and capacity | DRAM and Flash are different technologies; Gb and GB use different units. | Provide the exact MPN and preserve the manufacturer’s capacity units. |
| Organization and interface | A density match can still have a different data width or interface. | Include the organization and generation required by the approved BOM. |
| Speed, grade and revision | A shortened suffix can remove a critical device distinction. | Copy the complete code, including separators, grade and revision. |
| Actual lot packaging | An ordering carrier does not prove the condition of the moisture-barrier bag. | State date-code, packing and handling evidence required for acceptance. |
Lot evidence and inspection
Define what needs to be verified before the order.
For the offered lot, we review the available package labels, lot identification, packing condition and relevant handling records. Tell us if your acceptance policy requires original sealed packaging or specific date-code limits.
Storage and packaging evidence is distinct from functional evidence. Electrical memory testing needs an agreed method; a photograph or visual report cannot confirm the complete memory array or system compatibility.

Find the right product information
Browse related procurement guidance or send an unlisted requirement.
Use these related pages to narrow the device identity and the evidence needed for your order. If your exact part is not listed, send the complete MPN and quantity. We review available stock and additional supply options against your requirements.
Pricing, lot details and delivery are confirmed in the quotation. For multiple parts, send your BOM with one ordering code per line.
Before you enquire
Can I send a memory-module or SSD requirement?
Yes, for a separate scope review. Please identify the complete assembled product; a chip part number is not a module or SSD specification.
Will a packaging photo confirm a memory device works?
No. It helps document the offered lot and packing condition. Functional performance requires an appropriate agreed test scope.
Bring us your exact requirement.
Full part number. Quantity. Required date.
We will review the supply options and the evidence your order needs.
