Quotation, Ordering and Delivery
A workable order starts with an exact requirement and clear conditions. The quotation should identify the proposed part and lot, inspection scope, commercial terms and the conditions that determine dispatch and delivery.
Know what happens next.
The sequence below connects the technical requirement, the commercial agreement and the release decision.
Share the requirement
Full part numbers, useful quantities and any critical conditions.
Verify source and lot
Review sourcing options, packaging and available documentation.
Agree the offer
Confirm the quotation, sample plan and inspection scope.
Confirm the order
Agree order terms and payment arrangements.
Inspect and review
Third-party inspection, followed by a review of the report.
Release and deliver
Release the agreed lot and coordinate the delivery route.
Agree the conditions that shape the supply.
The quotation and order confirmation should make the relevant terms explicit. Ask for clarification before committing.
Part and lot
Complete MPN, quantity, proposed condition, date code, packaging, available source documents and any approved variations.
Inspection and acceptance
Laboratory, scope, sample counts, destructive tests, acceptance criteria, report review and the handling of unresolved findings.

Plan for arrival,
not just dispatch.
Inspection, release, transport, customs and receiving arrangements all affect the date material becomes usable for your production.
Provide your required arrival date and destination early. A nominated inspection facility in Hong Kong, Malaysia or elsewhere can be reviewed as part of the proposed route.
- Confirm when availability must be reconfirmed or reserved.
- Separate inspection completion, dispatch and arrival expectations.
- Agree packing, transport and receiving instructions.
- Review customs and import-document requirements.
- Confirm the response to inspection findings before shipment.
