Diodes & transistors

Discrete semiconductor supply with the same attention to identity and lot evidence as an IC order. Send your approved diode, transistor or MOSFET requirement for review.

Start with your approved part numbers

These components may be small in cost and footprint, yet a package or electrical-rating mismatch can stop an assembly. We review the exact manufacturer code, device type and acceptance requirements for each line.

Protection arrays stay with their diode or protection function; a multi-pin package does not make them a generic integrated circuit. Similar printed markings or nominal ratings are not enough to approve a replacement.

Ordering details that matter

Keep device identity and offered-lot details separate.

The most useful RFQ starts with an approved full manufacturer part number, then adds your commercial and acceptance requirements. Use the checks below to make those requirements clear.

What to include in your Diodes & transistors enquiry
CheckWhy it mattersWhat to send
Device type and exact codeDiodes, bipolar transistors and MOSFETs perform different functions.State the full MPN and manufacturer instead of a marking alone.
Electrical ratingsA shared nominal voltage does not establish equivalent behavior.Refer to the exact manufacturer datasheet and your approved limits.
Package and pin assignmentA similar outline can have a different footprint or pin arrangement.Supply the approved package and any assembly constraints.
Reel and lot detailsOrdering suffixes and actual reel condition are separate information.Give your carrier, quantity, date-code and mixed-lot restrictions.

Lot evidence and inspection

Define what needs to be verified before the order.

Low unit cost does not remove the need for traceability or an agreed inspection scope. We clarify the available lot evidence and source documentation before you accept a quotation.

Appearance and marking checks do not establish switching behavior, leakage, breakdown or protection performance. Where these are acceptance requirements, the test method and conditions must be agreed with the independent laboratory.

Find the right product information

Browse related procurement guidance or send an unlisted requirement.

Use these related pages to narrow the device identity and the evidence needed for your order. If your exact part is not listed, send the complete MPN and quantity. We review available stock and additional supply options against your requirements.

Pricing, lot details and delivery are confirmed in the quotation. For multiple parts, send your BOM with one ordering code per line.

Before you enquire

Can a top marking identify the device on its own?

It may help an investigation, but it is not enough for a firm exact-part match. Provide the original ordering code, manufacturer and any package-label information.

Are lower-cost components inspected too?

Each supplied lot follows an agreed independent inspection scope. The methods and sample quantity are defined for the order rather than assumed from the unit price.

Bring us your exact requirement.

Full part number. Quantity. Required date.
We will review the supply options and the evidence your order needs.
